The White House Travel Office is officially opening registration for President Donald J. Trump’s Visit to Miami, Florida for the G20 Leaders’ Summit. The deadline to complete the online registration is Tuesday, November 10^th at 5:00 PM EST.

Your signup on WHPressTravel.com is confirmation of your request for hotel accommodations, media center credentials, and ground transportation.

HOTEL INFORMATION

The White House Travel Office is managing the hotel reservation process. Accommodations for the Travel Pool will be confirmed closer to the trip.

EVENT CREDENTIALS

Details will be provided closer to the trip by the White House Press Office pending any expanded or open press opportunities for White House hosted events. Signing up through the White House Travel Office does not guarantee access to open press or expanded press opportunities.

Please register for G20 Summit credentials here. The Rate Card for the relevant G20 Leader’s Summit costs are forthcoming and will be provided to registrants at a later time.

As detailed on the WHPressTravel page, all press must adhere to summit credential deadlines and requirements set forth by the G20 Leader’s Summit.

G20 Leaders’ Summit Media Credential Deadline: Tuesday, November 10, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. ET
PRESS FILING CENTER / INTERNATIONAL MEDIA CENTER

A Press Filing Center (PFC) / International Media Center (IMC) credential will be required for access to the PFC, meal areas, and ground transportation. By registering for this credential, you are agreeing to shared costs for the services provided. PFC credentials will be handed out onsite for those who register.

TRANSPORTATION

Transportation will be provided to serve both the editorial and network teams via shuttles and/or buses, between the event venues and hotel. Details on the schedule will be shared closer to the trip.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES

In accordance with the White House Press Corps Policies and Procedures Manual, you agree to its terms and conditions by registering. A written request for cancellations or changes before registration ends will be honored, however requests after registration ends are subject to denial.
