VP touched down in Swanton, Ohio at Toledo Express Airport at 12:46 PM ET.
We are told Vivek Ramaswamy, Jon Husted, Derek Merrin and other GOP candidates delivered remarks prior to VP's arrival.
We are also told the speaking order will be the same for this event -- Sec. Wright, Donald Trump Jr. and VP Vance.
Event at the hangar is 20 miles West of Toledo and 15 miles from the Michigan border. Remarks expected roughly 1:05 PM ET.
