Pool report #11 / arrival at Amiri Diwan and gaggle otter

Motorcade rode through empty streets, with USA and Qatar flags lining most of the streets. We passed Lusail Stadium in the air and Stadium 974 on the ground, two of those built for the World Cup held here in 2022.

Streets as we approached we passed boats in the water with USA and Qatar flags as sails. Also some horses and camels.

Arrived at 2:37pm at Amiri Diwan, the administrative offices of the emir, and have rushed inside where there is set to be an arrival ceremony. Several dozen men are set in formation holding riffles and a trio of men standing in front with swords. A red rug seems to await the leaders, with US and Qatar flags on each side.
