In-town pool report #11: White House arrival

The motorcade returned to the White House at 9:42 p.m. after a wet drive. The rain had subsided by the time the motorcade reached the White House, and there was a smattering of onlookers gathered by the entrance.
POTUS was already back in the White House by the time pool got out of the vans.
