WH out-town-pool report #12 Trump makes news on fort names

We aren’t getting good internet service in this field, so forgive any late pool feeds.

In his remarks — which are still ongoing — President Trump talked about his administration renaming the fort back to Fort Bragg and touted some of the military weapons he just saw during the demonstration.

“Fort Bragg is in — the name. And Fort Bragg it shall always be,” Trump said.

Trump made some news, announcing he will rename other forts back to their original names. He listed them off. Some of the names I caught:

Forts Pickett, hood, Gordon, bunker, polk, Robert E. Lee
