Good morning from the White House. We are waiting to gather for the East Room bill-signing event. A White House official confirmed Trump is expected to sign a measure blocking a California rule banning the sale of new gasoline-fueled cars by 2035, as well as measures to block state policies to pare tailpipe emissions in some automobiles and smog-causing nitrogen oxide pollution via trucks.
