Around 1PM CT VP Vance will arrive at Eagle Pass Border Patrol Station South.
Shortly after, the VP will participate in a tour of a Detention Facility.
From there the VP will participate in a Roundtable Discussion with local and national participants.
We also expect the VP to hold a press availability.
