The White House says that President Trump arrived a few minutes ago at the parade – although parade pool has not set eyes on him – and clarifies that the daily guidance only listed his participation in the parade as 6:30 pm but not his departure, meaning he left the White House early but not as early as it seemed.
It’s unclear what time the president will walk out at the event.
