To clarify the chain of events: Trump currently meeting one on one with Carney. Then he will hold an expanded bilat with Carney with a pool spray expected at the top.
Directly afterward will be the pull aside one on one with Merz.
The WH also confirms Trump and Starmer are expected to meet at 2pm.
