Kimberly Halkett of Al Jazeera News — today’s foreign press pooler — passed along a comment she got from WH press secretary Karoline Leavitt on the security issue that prompted the Secret Service to order reporters inside the White House:
Leavitt: “Somebody threw their phone over the fence,” referring to the fence on the north lawn of the White House.
