Travel pool 6: arrival on campus

Motorcade arrived at 2:50pm on campus at Carnegie Mellon. Did not spot POTUS as we were escorted inside, past their track and football field complex. As the motorcade entered campus, a handful of onlookers flashed thumbs down and flipped the bird. One protestor had a sign reading "Our gender isn't your culture war, our city isn't your PR stunt."

Inside the gym, screens flanking the stage read "the golden age of energy dominance is here." Former Sen. Rick Santorum is among those with onstage seats.
