WH in-town pool report #10 Secret Service statement

Neither Peter Navarro nor Stephen Miller took questions from reporters outside after doing television hits on Pebble Beach.

Meanwhile, the Secret Service sent out the following statement regarding the brief White House lockdown earlier today. (Hat tip to Christian Datoc of the Washington Examiner for the heads up.)

Please see our statement below, attributable to a U.S. Secret Service spokesperson:

At approximately 11:30 a.m. today, U.S. Secret Service Uniformed Division officers responded to an individual who threw an object over the White House fence along Pennsylvania Avenue. As a precaution, officers cleared the North Grounds, Pennsylvania Avenue and Lafayette Park. A military Explosive Ordinance Disposal team responded to the scene and cleared the object. One individual was transported to an area hospital for a mental health evaluation. All road closures have been lifted.
