POTUS says they've reached a deal and is reading from a paper. The EU will agree to purchase $750B worth of energy, they will agree to invest into US $600B more than current investment, military equipment and opening countries to trade at zero tariff. He also said agreeing that the tariff across automobiles and everything else will be 15%
