Macron repeated much of his earlier remarks from the Oval Office. This is all via a translator, as he spoke in French.
Macron:
"We've made substantive steps forward" during today's discussions about Ukraine.
Ukraine has held the line for "our collective security."
Aware that Europe needs to shoulder more of the security burden
"We fully share" the idea of peace through strength.
