DHS Secretary Kristi Noem declined to come to the driveway microphones following a TV hit, but she did reply, "Yes," when asked if DHS employees are continuing to be polygraphed. As she walked back into the West Wing, she did not respond to a shouted question about whether the administration had a response to the day's stock markets' tumble.

As she headed out for the TV interview, she told Beatriz Pascual Macias of Agencia EFE about the Palestinian graduate student and activist who was arrested at Columbia: “We are going to continue to identify other students that may have been involved in these protests as well and take the same action.”
