« We spoke about security guarantees. security in Ukraine depends of the United States.

« It’s important that the United States gives such strong signals.

« Security guarantees, bringing kids back. All of our people, we need them back.

Rutte « if we play this well we could end this and we have to end this. « I’m really excited. Let’s make the best out of today.

« The fact that you said I’m willing to participate in the security guarantees is a big step. It’s a big through.

Von Der Leyen « we are here Europeans as friends and allies.

« Stop the killing. This is really our common interest

« I want to thank you, you mentioned the thousands of Ukrainian children who have been abducted.

Merz « It’s extremely helpful. « the next step will be the more complicated one « we all would like to see the ceasefire « I can’t imagine the next meeting will take place without a ceasefire. Let’s work on that. Let’s put pressure on Russia.

« If we want to reach peace we have to do it united. That’s why it’s a very good day.

« We will talk about security guarantees to make sure it won’t happen again

Macron « everybody around this table is in favor of peace. This is why the idea of a trialsteral meeting is very important. And as a follow up we will need a qualateral meeting.

« Your idea to ask for a truth is a necessity. And we all support this idea. « we do need the security guarantees : credible Ukrainian army, our commitments all of us.

About Europeans « their security is all at stakes.

Starmer « we’re talking about security not just of Ukraine but of Europe as well.
