�arrived at Rayburn pm. Moderate crowd no signs waiting for motorcade at 15th and E. Scattered lines of people here and there — no obvious protesters or supporters — along National Mall and Independence avenue. Larger crowds around House office buildings. Circled the Capitol on First Streets on either side for a beautiful view of the Dome, then crossed East Front above CVC.
