The White House Travel Office is officially opening registration for President Donald J. Trump’s Visit to Malaysia, Japan, and the Republic of Korea. The deadline to complete the online registration is Wednesday, October 1, 2025 at 10:00 PM EDT.
Your signup on PressCorpsTravel.com is confirmation of your request for hotel accommodations, PFC credentials, ground transportation, and the charter flight.

HOTEL INFORMATION
The White House Travel Office, in conjunction with the State Department and local U.S. Embassies, are managing the hotel reservation process. Accommodations for the Travel Pool will be confirmed closer to the trip.
PRESS FILING CENTER
A Press Filing Center (PFC) credential will be required for access to the PFC, meal areas, and ground transportation. By registering for this credential, you are agreeing to shared costs for the services provided. PFC credentials will be handed out onsite for those who register.
EVENT CREDENTIALS
Details will be provided closer to the trip by the White House Press Office pending any expanded or open press opportunities for White House hosted events. Signing up with the White House Travel Office does not guarantee access to open press or expanded press opportunities. Review the Press Corps sign up description for more information on Summit credentialing.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION
Ground transportation, shuttles and/or buses will be provided between event venues and the Press Corps hotel pending the trip itinerary. Transportation will be provided to serve both the editorial and network teams. You must have a PFC credential to access transportation services.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGES
In accordance with the White House Press Corps Policies and Procedures Manual, you agree to its terms and conditions by registering. A written request for cancellations or changes before registration ends will be honored, however requests after registration ends are subject to denial.
