POTUS took the stage at 1:06 pm. “Hail to the Chief played.”
He paused to absorb about one minute of standing ovation and applause before speaking.
“The entire world should be inspired by all you have achieved,” Trump said to South Koreans in the audience.
His remarks are being live streamed on the WH live stream website but will send any color.
Will Scharf, Stephen Miller, Scott Bessent and Howard Lutnick were among the officials who took their places beforehand. Marco Rubio and Susie Wiles were also nearby. Lutnick posed for a photo.
