President Trump signed the fentanyl EO at 3:37 p.m. as the border security medals were still being awarded. “No autopen,” he declared. He then took pictures with the troops being honored, and gave them each a round medallion he took from the desk. “I think you’ll like it,” he told one soldier. “It’s special.”
“It's an honor. This is a fantastic moment,” he said.
POTUS then announced his lawsuit against the BBC would be coming soon — “this afternoon or tomorrow morning.” He accused the network of using AI to broadcast words he didn’t say.
On Brown University: He said he does not know if the attack was targeted.
On reported Netanyahu rebuke: POTUS denied and said he and Israel have had a “very good relationship.” He said his administration is looking into whether Israel’s strikes on Hamas officials violated terms of the ceasefire.
ISIS forces in Syria will be “hit hard,” Trump said.
On the late Rob Reiner: “Well, I wasn't a fan of his at all. he was a deranged person, as far as Trump is concerned, he said he liked to do a false fact to see exact opposite, that I was a friend of Russia, controlled by Russia he knows the Russia helped he was one of the people behind it I think he heard himself in career wise, we became like a deranged. person, Trump Derangement Syndrome. So I was not a fan of Rob Reiner at all in any way, shape or form.”
Ongoing.
