POTUS spoke to pool briefly around 12:30 pm. Outside the Grand Ballroom at MAL.
He responded to comments from Iran’s leader that a US strike could cause a regional war.
“we have the biggest, most powerful ships in the world over there,”
“hopefully we'll make a deal. If we don't make a deal, then we'll find out whether or not he was right”
POTUS distanced himself from the Texas legislative race that the gop lost. “ I'm not involved with that. That's a local Texas race,” potus said.
“I'm not on the ballot. So you don't know whether or not it's transferable, but you put the Democrats in, you'll end up with open borders again.,” potus said.
He also took qs on Cuba
“I think we're gonna make a deal with Cuba's in bad shape.”
And on Border patrol rules on body cameras
“We'll be talking about that in the near future,” potus said
Before Trump came out Pool stood at an ornate entrance area to the Grand ballroom at Mar a Lago starting around 11:20 am.
