President Trump briefly gaggled next to the port alongside Energy Secretary Chris Wright, Ted Cruz and Gov Abbott.
He pointed out a huge tanker that he said it had carried oil from Venezuela. He talked about Iran and again said he wasn’t happy with negotiations, said they wanted to keep enriching but he wanted ‘no enrichment’. He said Irans supreme leader needed to make a deal. He said he wasn’t concerned about the risk of higher oil prices in case of strikes on Iran.
