VP Pool Report #3 — Program underway

At 1:46 pmthe motorcade arrived at Power House, an event venue in northern Rocky Mount.

Pool did not set eyes on VPOTUS exiting the motorcade.

We are now in the press pen inside, and the program is underway. The room is packed, and has a stage up front with banners hanging overhead that read "Lower Prices Bigger Paychecks."

Michael Whatley is the first speaker. VP hasn't entered yet.
