WH travel pool 1 — marine 1 arrival, AF departure

The president stepped off Marine 1 at 1252, four minutes after the helicopter set down at Joint Base Andrews, where a cold breeze is blowing.

He walked the 50 or so yards to the forward staircase of Air Force 1, climbed up and stepped aboard at 1253.

He was followed by SECDEF Hegseth and JCS chair Caine.

We are flying the modified 747, tail number 29000. We should be in the air shortly for the brief flight to Dover Air Force Base.
