The White House Travel Office is officially opening registration for President Donald J. Trump’s Visit to Beijing, China. The deadline to complete the online registration is Thursday, April 2nd at 9:00 AM EDT.
Your signup on PressCorpsTravel.com is confirmation of your request for hotel accommodations, PFC credentials, and/or ground transportation. This does not guarantee credentialing approval.
VISA INFORMATION
The White House Travel Office will coordinate the visa process for all approved registrants. Further instructions and information to follow.
HOTEL INFORMATION
The White House Travel Office, in conjunction with the State Department and the U.S. Embassy in Beijing, is managing the hotel reservation process. Accommodations for the Travel Pool will be confirmed closer to the trip.
PRESS FILING CENTER
Press Filing Center (PFC) credentials will be distributed at a later date once the sign up has concluded. A credential will be required for access to the PFC, meal areas, and ground transportation. By registering for this credential, you are agreeing to shared costs for the services provided.

EVENT CREDENTIALS
Details will be provided closer to the trip by the White House Press Office pending any expanded or open press opportunities.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION
Ground transportation, shuttles and/or buses will be provided between event venues and the Press Corps hotel pending the trip itinerary. Transportation will be provided to serve both the editorial and network teams. Details on the schedule will be shared closer to the trip.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGES
In accordance with the White House Press Corps Policies and Procedures Manual, you agree to its terms and conditions by registering. A written request for cancellations or changes before registration ends will be honored, however requests after registration ends are subject to denial.
