POTUS walked out of the residence at 4:50p
Stopped to talk briefly...
Asked about prospect of unfreezing Iran's assets he said
"We win, regardless. We've defeated them militarily. They've dropped a couple of water mines....We've defeated all of their water boats too..."
He only spoke for about 2 minutes before boarding Marine One, will send more quotes shortly
