Out-of-town pool report 11: POTUS enters

POTUS walked on stage at 2:52 pm to Lee Greenwood's "God Bless the USA" following a montage of his voice with photos and videos from the campaign trail and his first year in office. The president stood for the entirety of the song, as sparklers sprayed up from the stage. The crowd erupted into a "USA" chant.

Before POTUS, Erika Kirk walked on stage at 2:42 pm, gave remarks and introduced the president. More below from Kirk:

“It’s reminded me that every day, when you wake up, you have a choice to spend your days focused on what's broken, or you can recognize our freedoms and fight to protect them.”

“Our country is the best that we have, and I don’t want to lose it.”

“We don’t just get to sit back and admire that win from 2024, we have to fight to protect it.”

Kirk said they don’t want Arizona to become California, and mentioned Swalwell: “But I will say, unfortunately, we do have his best friend, Ruben Gallego here, so we have some work to do.”
