POTUS took to the podium at 10:31, still in his tuxedo
"That was very unexpected
One officer was shot but saved buy the fact that he was wearing a bulletproof vest.
POTUS said he juist spoke to the office and that he told him that "he loves him and respects him."
There is terrible feedback in the briefing room making it very hard to hear the president.
He is accompanied on the stage by VP J.D. Vance and FBI Director Kash Patel.
