In town pool report #2: pool arrives on South Lawn

The pool was brought onto the South Lawn in a light rain at about 9:40 am. The Marine Corps band is performing for guests seated and standing in row sections flanking the South Portico, some waving small US and UK flags. Several people have opened unbrellas. Pool spotted Ohio Governor Mike DeWine and his family arriving for the ceremony earlier. I'm trying to get a list of VIPs.
