In-town pool report #3: Construction cranes

To clarify pool report #2, the official name of the band is "The President's Own" United States Marine Band as noted in the press office details in the first report. It finished its performance about 9:50 am and marching band music is now playing over the loudspeakers as the light rain continues. Also the ballroom construction cranes have been swinging occasionally overhead as work on the project appears to be going on this morning.
