Spotted by pool and others seated in white folding chairs in the front rows near the podium under black umbrellas: VP JD Vance, Second Lady Usha Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick, WH Chief of Staff Susie Wiles, British Ambassador Christian Turner. Also spotted milling about: Apple CEO Tim Cook and CNBC's Maria Bartiromo.

Also, there are hundreds of spectators watching from the South Lawn behind the press pen and camera riser.
