In town pool report #11: FLOTUS pool chance encounter with POTUS

I'm just flagging for people who might not have read FLOTUS pool report #3 that the FLOTUS pool had an unplanned encounter with POTUS as they were returning from the FLOTUS event and were able to ask him a question. Secondary print pooler Emily Goodin filed this:

President Trump and Melania Trump escorted the King and Queen to their car at 12:34 pm. It was on the drive outside the Oval.

FLOTUS pool was on its way back to the White House when it saw the two couples coming out of the oval.

The King and Queen were driven off, and the queen waved to the pool as they drove away.

President Trump spoke briefly after they left. “It was a really good meeting. He’s a fantastic person. They’re incredible people and it’s a real honor.”
