Good morning from Joint Base Andrews. I will be your print pooler for the vice president’s trip to Iowa today.
We will first be stopping in Cincinnati, where the vice president will vote in Ohio’s primary election.
We will then head to Oklahoma City, where the vice president is set to hold a fundraiser in his role as finance chair of the RNC. We are not expecting press access to that.
We then head to Des Moines, where the VP will campaign with Rep. Zach Nunn.
Per WH Official:
The White House is dispatching Vice President Vance to Des Moines, Iowa for an event with Congressman Zach Nunn of Iowa’s 3rd congressional district. In his remarks, the Vice President is expected to highlight the administration’s commitment to Iowa’s manufacturers and farmers.
Marine Two should be landing at JBA shortly. I will send another note when we are about to be wheels up.
