The motorcade arrived at Cadet Memorial Field at 11:26 a.m.
Pool did not see POTUS’ arrival.
Attendees are in the USCGA Bears football stadium, many of them using their programs as fans.
The stage is set with a podium with a presidential seal behind bullet-proof glass.
On BG from WH:
POTUS disembarked the plane alongside Sec. Markwayne Mullin and ADM Kevin Lunday (USCG).
