Trump said he would like Congress to pass the SAVE Act, and claimed Democratic voters support the bill.

POTUS then began unveiling his clean coal announcement of $700M investment to produce more coal, asserting that U.S. production is “double”Saudi Arabia and Russia.

“We will protect 14 coal plants and 42 coal mines. mines, a tremendous number and build two new coal plants and one massive new export terminal, because we're exporting….a great business, really a big business, and it's real power.”

He said it will “support over 14,000 jobs and save the American people $50 billion in electricity costs.”
