Out of Town Pool Report #20 - Burgum’s poster board

The poster board is a picture of Doug Burgum and another person driving in a motorized cart across the Reflecting Pool. The second person does not appear to be President Trump but it’s a little hard to tell,

The poster board was signed by Trump

”To Doug — Great job” it was followed by Trump’s signature
