WH Travel Pool Report #2 Working Session Update

A reminder this event had restricted access and your print pooler was not present. This is according to the G7 stream.

President Trump entered the working session at 10:28 am, well after the other G7 members and other leaders arrived. President Macron was about to start the working session at 10:26 am with the other world leaders gathered around the table and Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent sitting in Trump's seat.

"Oh, hello, Mr. President," Macron said as Trump entered the room.

Trump then walked over and took his seat at the table. Trump turned to the pool and asked them if they "would like to stay for the meeting." Trump smiled. The press was guided out of the meeting.

"It's too hot in here," Trump could be heard saying.

Macron said they would be having lunch in the room later on with business leaders.

"Good job last night, he gave me the greatest seat," Trump said apparently to Macron.

The stream of the working session cut off just after 10:30 am.
