Trump's response was not audible but he appeared to shake his head yes.

"I'd say 48 hours," Trump said. He said he hadn't determined the location for the ceremony. "It's in final form."

"Good question. We haven't thought of it," Trump said. "But probably a while.'

"I'd say a little while. I think it's going to go well."
