In-town pool report #10 — POTUS departs/no questions

President Trump exited via one of the hangar’s double bay doors at 4:19 p.m. He walked and talked with a military official, stopping about 10 yards from Marine One to say something, with a gesture of both hands. He boarded the helicopter at 4:21 p.m., without looking in the direction of the press pool. Marine One and its companion chopper fired up at 4:23 p.m., began taxiing away from the hangar one minute later. Marine One lifted first, at 4:26 p.m. President Trump is headed to Camp David.

We are stashing our electronics before a tour of the new Air Force One.
