In town pool report #2: Rubio peaks in the briefing room

There was a bit of commotion in the briefing room a few minutes ago.
Secretary Rubio stopped by the briefing room with his daughter so she could take a photo at the lectern. He said he was not taking questions as reporters ran in the room trying to ask him something. He was only by for a few minutes before he left.
