President Trump opened his remarks calling the new Iraqi PM a "great fighter and a great fan of America."
He said they will have an unplanned lunch, citing their "tremendous chemistry."
"He's young and he's handsome," Trump said, calling him also "a new champion" who is "going to be there for a long time."
Secretary of State Rubio, Treasury Secretary Bessent, War Secretary Hegseth and Susie Wiles are seated in front of Trump.
