Border czar Tom Homan spoke to reporters outside the White House for about 13 minutes.
He would not give a precise timeline for when every immigration agent would have body cameras. “As soon as possible,” he said. He added that "as of last week, they were training the trainers."
On fatal shootings by ICE agents: "It comes down to one simple fact -- these people failed to comply with law enforcement ... all they had to do is comply. If they did, they'd be alive today."
Says that "all the mistakes they said happened in Minnesota... a lot of them I don't think were mistakes."
