In-town pool report #3- motorcade movement

We're on I-66 headed into Virginia for some Saturday activities. A dozen or so people at each closed intersection in DC watched the motorcade go by. A gray police boat in the Potomac appearing to be pausing a crew team that was rowing near the Kennedy Center. The I-66 commute is faster with Secret Service escort.
