Out-of-town pool report 3: Arrival at State Department

Motorcade has arrived at the State Department at 3:01pm.

We are headed inside for the mining roundtable with the president, Cabinet members and leaders from the mining industry. Official list of attendees coming from the White House shortly, I'm told.
