Your pooler noticed some small silver stars hanging off delicate strings from the South Portico's Truman balcony. Those could be blown away with Marine One activity on the South Lawn and seem to be the reason for the motorcade to JBA. There are no decorations on the lawn itself.
Still holding in vans at the White House.
