Quotes from the POTUS gaggle at JBA.
On Ken Paxton:
“Ken Paxton is the best general in the history of the state of Texas. It’s a true statement. He’s one of the best in the country and he deserves to win this race.”
James Talarico
“The other guy dies not stand for Texas”
On consumer confidence:
“We just had a consumer confidence report just came out. It’s up at a record number. Record increase 7.5% just came out . It’s a great number that you don’t see that often to that extent. “
Crowds in Texas:
“The crowds are overwhelming. They’ve been out for three days.”
On Talarico having a rally at the same time in Lubbock:
”He’s going to be swamped. We have thousand and thousands of people you know they’ve been lined up for three days.
It was like this for the regular election. You know midterm is usually not that exciting. This has become very exciting and the crowds are incredible. Last night in Mississippi, we had 20,000 people waiting outside. The place was incredible.”
