The motorcade arrived at Rock Hill Sports and Event Center at 12:47 p.m.
A large part of Interstate 77 (I-77) was closed down for the motorcade with a mix of curious onlookers recording the procession - one spectator gave the convoy two middle fingers.
Closer to the venue, there were more groups of protesters. One had a sign calling POTUS “Putin’s puppet” and another further down the road describing him as a “liar.”

The VPs Motorcade is now rolling to the next destination— the Fox News town hall. Your pooler will have the location of that shortly.
Please note that the town hall is a closed-to-pool event, so the press pool is riding separately from the motorcade to the rally site, while Vance does the town hall at the other location. The rally is in Weatherford, Texas, with VPOTUS slated to speak later this afternoon.

POTUS deplaned and stepped into the Beast at 12:11 p.m.
He said hello and told the press he would see us later.
The motorcade started rolling at 12:13 p.m.
It is about a 30-minute drive to the rally location.
Pool spotted country music star and SC native Lee Brice (he said hello back when pool said hello to him), in addition to WH COS Susie Wiles and outside political adviser James Blair, on AF1.

Good morning from the White House. I'll be your in-town pooler today. The motorcade left from the North Portico en route to JBA at 10:12, so handing off to travel pool for now. Per schedule, POTUS will be back in DC this evening for the White House Halloween event. Your pooler spotted POTUS as well as Scott Bessent enter the motorcade.

POTUS gaggled for seven minutes on Brazil, the midterms, particularly Alaska and South Carolina, in addition to a possible a War Secretary impeachment.
