Good Evening from the Ellipse! Marine One touched down at 6:19p.m. President Trump exited Marine One at 6:22p.m., walked a few steps, turned to the pool and waved. AF1 landed at 5:50pm. The president got off board at 6pm. He did not come over to speak to the pool. He saluted the officer at the bottom of the stairs, turned to the press, waved and pumped his fist, and then walked to M1, which he boarded at 6:01pm. M1 took off at 6:05pm for the Ellipse. Quick note before takeoff: After the president and the pool was already on the plane, a number of Secret Service agents gathered on the runway just under the wing and were looking down the runway at something that appeared to be delaying departure. The president arrived at Morristown airport on Marine 1 at 4:41pm. He was wearing a white hat that said 45-47 USA. He ignored shouted questions about Netanyahu rejecting the Hamas agreement as he walked to AF1. He got on board AF1 at 4:47pm. The motorcade encountered some pretty bad weather about 30 minutes into the drive, with heavy rain and loud thunder overhead, but it passed quickly.
